In this role, you will serve as the trusted strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-stakes enterprise customers, accountable for net retention, customer health, and long-term alignment. You excel at collaborating with Solutions Architects and technical delivery teams to translate technical achievements into commercial value. You are a self-motivated bar-raiser with high autonomy, bias for action, and full accountability for outcomes. You possess outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of advising C-level executives on technology strategy.
