OneTrust is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Commercial to provide transactional legal support on commercial contracts. The role is part of the Commercial & Product Support team and will handle a high volume of complex SaaS contracts through the full contract lifecycle to execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Independently review and negotiate complex SaaS contracts from initiation through execution
- Provide ad-hoc legal support to the sales function
- Understand and apply key IP, commercial, and finance requirements in contract negotiations
- Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidance relevant to the business
- Drive compliance in day-to-day sales activities and provide training to sales teams
The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure contracts align with company requirements while supporting rapid business growth. This is an individual contributor role focused on commercial contract expertise and supporting the sales organization's needs as OneTrust scales its AI-Ready Governance Platform.
