In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers in the healthcare and life sciences sector, translating their business challenges into innovative Celonis solutions powered by advanced AI (including integrations with Microsoft and OpenAI). You will own the complete customer value journey—from discovery and proof-of-value through implementation, adoption, and expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
**AI Discovery & Solutioning**: Partner with customers to understand their AI strategy and business-critical challenges. Leverage your expertise in the Celonis platform and domain knowledge to identify the best problem-solution fit and design innovative solutions that drive measurable impact.
**Value Identification & Framing**: Discover and translate strategic priorities into high-impact use cases. Build compelling demos and business cases using industry benchmarks. Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects, presenting findings and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
**Value Realization**: Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures across core functions, initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives, and present realized value to senior leadership.
**Scale & Expansion**: Own the end-to-end customer value journey, building strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion while providing product feedback to enhance the platform.
You will work across multiple industries and processes, blending deep process expertise with strong consulting and analytical skills. This is a high-impact role at one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies.
