Tines is an intelligent workflow platform founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston. The company powers critical workflows for leading organizations including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, and McKesson by combining AI, automation, and integration capabilities.
This role is a senior individual contributor position reporting to the Senior Director of Data. You will own Tines' most complex, cross-functional revenue questions end-to-end, serving as the day-to-day analytical partner to go-to-market (RevOps and sales) and finance leadership. Your work will directly shape and drive the company's strategy to grow and expand revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning complex, cross-functional revenue questions spanning go-to-market, finance, and sometimes product strategy
- Acting as the primary analytical partner to RevOps, sales, and finance leadership
- Programme managing and prioritizing analytical work across the wider analyst team (triage, tracking, prioritization) without direct managerial authority
- Collaborating with the data engineering team on requirements, data models, and data quality
- Building repeatable processes and leveraging AI and automation to reduce mechanical work
- Translating open-ended revenue questions into deliverable analysis and presenting results to senior stakeholders
You'll need 8+ years of analytics experience with strong hands-on skills in SQL, data modeling, and building defensible analysis. You should have a track record of owning ambiguous strategic problems end-to-end through stakeholder conversations and independent analysis. Commercial and strategic instinct around revenue growth—pipeline, forecasting, go-to-market strategy—is essential. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and skilled at tailoring communication to diverse audiences.
Experience with consumption-based revenue models, product launches, and the Tines tech stack (Snowflake, dbt, Omni, Salesforce, AWS) is valued. The role is based in Ireland with an expectation to visit the Dublin office approximately once per week.
