Zynga, a global leader in interactive entertainment and label of Take-Two Interactive, is seeking an Ad Revenue & Analytics Lead to own the end-to-end analytics and optimization strategy for advertising inventory across its portfolio of mobile games. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that blends technical rigor with business leadership. You will define and own the roadmap for key ad revenue initiatives that maximize revenue across Zynga's advertising inventory and lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation through rollout across the game portfolio. You will stay close to daily ad revenue performance, flagging anomalies, diagnosing shifts, and surfacing optimization opportunities while keeping ad monetization leadership informed of trends and their business implications. Key responsibilities include leading the design and execution of complex A/B tests and translating findings into actionable strategies; collaborating with product and central analytics teams to drive alignment and shared ownership of ad revenue outcomes; partnering with data science on ML and AI-powered models to improve ad targeting, pricing, and inventory optimization; and mentoring junior analysts on the team, providing both technical and strategic guidance. You will work across Zynga's diverse game portfolio including FarmVille, Words With Friends, Zynga Poker, Game of Thrones Slots Casino, Wizard of Oz Slots, Toon Blast, Empires & Puzzles, Merge Dragons, and many others. The role requires identifying problems independently, building the business case, and driving solutions to completion without waiting for direction. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field - 5+ years of experience in a data-intensive analytics role - Expert-level SQL skills - Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation - Advanced proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI/dashboarding tools - Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI tools as applied to revenue analytics - Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams - Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills - Prior experience in mobile gaming or advertising is a plus
