As a Senior Product Analyst focused on Member Acquisition Marketing, you will lead insights projects related to member growth and acquisition. Your responsibilities include:
• Presenting insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating analysis into actionable recommendations
• Using SQL and Python expertise to interrogate data and solve key business problems
• Improving performance marketing and growth initiatives through descriptive to prescriptive analytics
• Handling ambiguity by forming ambiguous questions into defined solutions
• Building analytics roadmaps for customer strategy, acquisition efficiency, customer lifetime value, and budget optimization
• Collaborating with analytical engineering and marketing technology teams to integrate data from third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Advising performance marketing stakeholders on member attribution across channels
• Measuring and reporting campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs
• Supporting analytics leadership in prioritizing business cases
• Refining work items with business teams to ensure timely, quality deliverables
• Championing storytelling, prioritization, and growth mindset
You will work in a hybrid model with offices in Delhi/Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work and up to 90 days of work-from-abroad annually.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6+ years of experience working in analytics teams of digital products (fintech experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Mandatory: Performance marketing experience
• Sound understanding of digital marketing tools and how they work
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, A/B testing, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer
• Understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, cohort analysis, and customer lifetime value
• Excellent leadership skills—ability to drive and influence teams of analysts, engineers, and data scientists without formal reporting authority
• Strong SQL and visualization tool skills (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
• Excellent storytelling and ability to explain complex analytical concepts to business users
• Problem-solving mindset—unblock team issues on data querying, business logic, and data visualization
• Business acumen—quickly identify relevant metrics and anticipate high-value data projects
• Ability to build relationships and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making
• Self-starter with initiative in spotting opportunities and solving challenges with data
• Ability to handle ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
