As a Senior Product Analyst focused on Member Acquisition Marketing, you will lead insights projects related to member growth and acquisition. Your responsibilities include:
• Presenting insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating analysis into actionable recommendations
• Using SQL and Python expertise to interrogate data and solve key business problems
• Improving performance marketing and growth initiatives through descriptive to prescriptive analytics
• Building analytics roadmaps for customer strategy, acquisition efficiency, customer lifetime value enhancement, and budget optimization
• Collaborating with analytical engineering and marketing technology teams to create a holistic view of members by integrating data from third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Advising performance marketing stakeholders on accurate member attribution across channels
• Measuring and reporting campaign performance, assessing ROI and key KPIs
• Supporting analytics leadership in prioritizing business cases and identifying opportunities
• Refining work items with the business to ensure timely, quality deliverables
• Championing storytelling, prioritization, and a commercial growth mindset
• Driving and influencing teams of analysts, engineers, and data scientists without formal reporting authority

REQUIREMENTS:
• 6+ years of experience working in analytics teams of digital products (fintech experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Mandatory: Performance marketing experience
• Sound understanding of digital marketing tools and how they work
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, A/B testing, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer
• Understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, cohort analysis, and customer lifetime value
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to drive and influence teams without formal reporting
• Strong SQL skills and visualization tools proficiency (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
• Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to explain complex analytical concepts to business users
• Ability to unblock problems for teams (data querying, business logic, visual representation)
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify relevant metrics and anticipate high-value data projects
• Ability to form effective relationships with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision adoption
• Self-starter mentality with initiative in spotting opportunities and solving challenges with data
• Ability to handle ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
