Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services work through frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. The company has achieved strong product-market fit and is scaling rapidly across multiple markets.
As Law School Manager, EMEA, you will own the complete lifecycle of Harvey's academic partnerships across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, with potential expansion into APAC. You will report directly to the Head of Legal Partnerships, Law Schools (based in New York).
Key responsibilities include:
- School Partnerships: Lead outreach, relationship development, and onboarding for EMEA law schools ranging from flagship institutions to smaller regional schools.
- Market Expansion: Build and execute the playbook for Harvey's academic presence in new EMEA and international markets, launching in multiple countries throughout the year.
- Account Management: Serve as primary point of contact for every school in your portfolio, owning relationships with faculty, library staff, student organizations, and administrators.
- Training & Enablement: Run all product training, demos, workspace setup, and activation events for your portfolio, including semester-start all-hands pushes, faculty workshops, and curriculum advisory sessions.
- Ambassador Programs: Launch and manage EMEA student ambassador and faculty champion networks, adapting successful US/UK models for European legal education contexts.
- Curriculum Advisory: Work directly with faculty and curriculum committees to integrate Harvey into courses, clinics, and legal writing programs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with GTM commercial teams, legal engineering, and marketing on in-market events, firm-to-school pipelines, and co-activation opportunities.
You will start by taking over account management of existing EMEA partner schools before expanding to sign new institutions across the region. The role requires managing a high volume of relationships across multiple countries and time zones while maintaining account depth.
Requirements:
- Law degree preferred; deep understanding of how EMEA law schools are structured and how faculty, students, and administrators operate
- Strong experience in legal practice, legal tech, legal innovation, or academic programs; client-facing or externally-facing role experience is a strong differentiator
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of relationships in a high-growth or startup environment
- Comfortable running product trainings and demos for audiences ranging from first-year students to senior faculty and deans
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed; ability to build from scratch and operate without a playbook
- Strong organizational instincts to manage multiple schools across multiple countries and time zones
- Based in London, Paris, or Madrid with ability to work 3 days per week in office
- Willing and able to travel across Europe, US, and other international jurisdictions for work
