Slip Robotics is a B2B Robotics-as-a-Service company deploying autonomous loading and unloading robots at warehouse and fulfillment sites across North America. The Launch Planner owns the end-to-end launch timeline for every active deployment site, serving as the central coordinator across all in-process projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining a master launch timeline that tracks status updates across all concurrent projects, driving cross-functional coordination with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Account Management, and customer teams to keep launches on schedule. The role requires tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating slippage early to prevent delays. You will run recurring status reviews with stakeholders and customers, maintain a single source of truth for launch status, and design new tools and processes to automate status updates and reporting as launch volume scales. Additional duties include continuously evaluating and improving launch tracking processes as the team grows, and reporting timeline health and forecasts to leadership. This is a high-visibility role that bridges internal operations and customer success, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple simultaneous deployments. Required qualifications include 2-5+ years in technical or customer-facing program management, ideally with hardware or robotics deployment experience. You should have strong scheduling and cross-functional coordination skills, comfort managing multiple concurrent site timelines, and a PMP or equivalent project management credential. Experience building or implementing process tooling, automation, project management platforms, dashboards, or workflow automation is essential.
