Payoneer is seeking a KYC Representative with 2–4 years of experience to support high-value customer onboarding and due diligence operations across the APAC region. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore designed for high performers who can ramp quickly (3–4 months) and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.
Key responsibilities include performing end-to-end KYC reviews for high-value customers, reviewing and validating customer documentation using internal tools and external sources, assessing customer risk profiles to identify inconsistencies or unusual patterns, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal AML/KYC procedures. The role also involves handling complex cases requiring enhanced due diligence (EDD) and performing deep-dive analysis where needed.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to go beyond standard operating procedures—identifying gaps, improving workflows, and contributing to operational excellence. This is a compliance-focused role within a global fintech platform serving over 190 countries, where attention to detail and regulatory knowledge are critical.
