As a KYC Analyst, you will execute the company's customer due diligence strategy in alignment with regulatory standards. Working closely with the KYC Team Lead and Director of Compliance, you'll be responsible for reviewing corporate client applications, performing due diligence on B2B customers across all markets, and ensuring compliance with KYB/KYC protocols. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing corporate client applications and performing due diligence on B2B customers globally - Monitoring and evaluating customer verification documents to support initial and ongoing due diligence - Conducting PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening of applicants, companies, and representatives - Reporting suspicious or fraudulent activity to the MLRO - Reviewing internal and external screening alerts and escalations - Performing data review, analysis, and maintenance of customer due diligence processes and automation - Maintaining understanding of operational business processes, policies, and systems You'll need at least 3 years of experience as an AML/Onboarding Analyst, with expertise in complex corporate structures and international corporate documentation. A Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is required. Strong English communication skills, ownership mentality, and comfort with fast-changing environments are essential.
