Viator, a Tripadvisor company and leading marketplace for travel experiences, is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and optimization across a portfolio of high-value accounts. This hybrid role (2-3 days per week in London office) focuses on managing strategic partnerships with key experience providers and ensuring the Viator platform delivers compelling, well-priced travel experiences that match consumer demand. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned high-value accounts, developing and executing account strategies tied directly to measurable business objectives. Your responsibilities span three core areas: Strategic Partnership & Account Growth: Lead relationship management with global accounts, diagnose business opportunities, and develop scalable solutions that drive results. You'll work to understand market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner needs within your designated portfolio. Product Excellence & Optimization: Maintain a best-in-class product portfolio by ensuring quality, availability, and optimal pricing across your accounts. You'll leverage deep knowledge of the online travel industry to serve as a trusted advisor, delivering actionable insights that align offerings with evolving traveler and market demand. Commercial Leadership & Performance: Negotiate favorable commercial terms that protect Viator's profitability, proactively monitor key performance metrics, and take swift corrective action to maintain account health. You'll provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior management on account status, growth forecasts, and business risks. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Destination Specialists, Product, Operations) and external partners to align on product offerings, resolve issues rapidly, and continuously improve Viator's competitive advantage. This is an individual contributor role focused on account optimization and growth within a defined portfolio.
