qlub is a fast-scaling fintech backed by Mastercard, Mubadala, e&, and Shorooq. The company has raised $72M and operates across multiple markets worldwide, with headcount that doubled in the past year. qlub provides payment solutions for restaurants, eliminating friction from the dining experience through QR-code-based payments, digital menus, order-and-pay functionality, payment links, and SoftPOS terminals. As Key Account Manager, you will own a named portfolio of qlub's most strategic food & beverage groups—multi-outlet chains and hospitality brands that drive the largest share of transaction volume. You will be the primary point of contact for these partners and serve as the single point of accountability for their success. Key responsibilities include: - Owning a portfolio of qlub's largest F&B groups, from executive sponsors to store-level operators - Hitting retention and expansion targets: growing GMV, driving adoption across new outlets and products, and defending against churn - Building and running joint business plans and quarterly reviews with each key account, with clear goals, owners, and timelines - Negotiating and managing commercials, renewals, and expansion terms that benefit both the partner and qlub - Identifying risk early—adoption drops, quiet outlets, competitive pressure, stalled rollouts—and addressing issues before they become renewal conversations - Partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to deliver joint initiatives and bringing account insights into the product roadmap You will thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment where you take real ownership and think like an operator. You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information, and you are energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience. REQUIREMENTS: - 4 to 6 years in key account management, strategic account management, or enterprise client management - Proven track record owning a portfolio of large, multi-location or enterprise accounts, with demonstrated revenue retention and growth metrics - Strong commercial acumen with negotiation, renewal, and contract management experience - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including with C-level stakeholders - Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to drive insights and decisions - Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace - Fluency in English (required) NICE TO HAVE: - Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or high-growth marketplaces - Experience rolling out products across multi-outlet groups or franchise networks - Arabic language skills
