Strike is a cybersecurity company redefining how organizations protect critical infrastructure against real threats. We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for Argentina to own a strategic customer portfolio, driving expansion, securing renewals, and uncovering new opportunities within each account.
This is a pure sales role focused on long-term relationships, complex negotiations, and close collaboration with technical teams. You'll report to the Head of Sales and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Offensive Security teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in LATAM, focusing on retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with technical stakeholders (CISO, Head of Security, IT) and business decision-makers (CTO, COO, Finance)
- Lead complex negotiations: renewals, scope expansions, and new contracts within existing accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within each client and execute capture plans
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Marketing, and technical teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain rigorous weekly and monthly forecasting: pipeline, probability, risks, and next steps
- Represent Strike at executive meetings, industry events, and client working sessions
- Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up-to-date
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for your portfolio
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven B2B sales experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud, IT, or related technology sectors
- Demonstrated track record managing strategic accounts and meeting/exceeding quota
- Strong negotiation skills: ability to read stakeholders, defend pricing, and close deals
- Fluent Spanish (written and verbal)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Intermediate English for international stakeholder communication
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience selling offensive security solutions (penetration testing, red team, vulnerability management)
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Active network of LATAM CISOs and security leaders
