Wolt is a global logistics platform operating in 30+ countries, delivering food and retail goods to 55+ million users. Part of the DoorDash family, Wolt's Key Account teams manage relationships with major retail brands, local stores, and restaurants—collectively driving over €15 billion in annual business through the platform.
As Junior Key Account Manager for Retail, you will own and develop a portfolio of retail partner relationships, combining relationship-building with data-driven performance optimization. Your responsibilities include:
• Develop and foster strategic partnerships with key retail accounts
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance, deepen relationships, and co-create forward-looking strategies
• Identify merchant needs and prioritize them by business impact, then design and implement solutions
• Introduce and execute new Wolt product opportunities to expand partnerships and increase partner revenue
• Drive revenue growth through data-based performance improvements for both Wolt and partners
• Serve as primary liaison between operations, support, marketing, and merchant partners
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and partner performance
• Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects across multiple partners and verticals, managing stakeholders from planning through launch
• Support the broader Retail team with analyses and projects
This is a hands-on role in a still-developing environment where you'll bring structure, take ownership, and contribute directly to scaling Wolt's retail business.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1–3 years of success in account management or B2B sales with demonstrated commercial impact
• Strong relationship-building skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with experience using data tools (e.g., Looker)
• High ownership and team-first attitude; ability to manage your pipeline and seek guidance only on complex or new work
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
• Consultant, marketing, or sales experience is a plus
