You will be a hands-on IT professional responsible for scaling IT operations through automation and platform integrations. Working closely with security leadership, you'll have real ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Automating manual IT workflows such as access requests, onboarding/offboarding, and SaaS provisioning
- Building API integrations, webhooks, and self-service capabilities to reduce ticket volume
- Managing identity lifecycle (SSO, SCIM) and standardizing SaaS governance
- Overseeing endpoint compliance, zero-touch provisioning, and remote infrastructure
- Handling Tier 2/3 escalations and leading root-cause analysis to address systemic issues
- Maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and standardized operational workflows
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems, or operations
- Strong experience with Identity & Access Management (SSO, SAML, SCIM, user lifecycle)
- SaaS integration using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Hands-on experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, or similar identity platforms
- Building workflows and automations using n8n, Zapier, or AI-assisted tools
- Strong Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and end-to-end technical project ownership
Bonus qualifications:
- Administration of macOS/Windows, Slack, Jira, and HiBob environments
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements
- Experience with endpoint security platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Check Point Harmony Endpoint
