Seeq is seeking a Director of IT and Enterprise GTM Strategy to establish a new strategic capability focused on engaging technology decision-makers within industrial enterprises. This is a newly created director-level role designed for a strategic commercial leader who can define how Seeq engages with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, data and AI leaders, and digital transformation executives.
The role begins as a highly autonomous strategic individual contributor position where you will create strategy, operating models, executive narratives, commercial plays, and cross-functional systems to make IT and enterprise go-to-market repeatable. As the capability proves out, you will help define organizational design and build and lead the team needed to scale it.
Key responsibilities include:
**IT and Enterprise Buyer Strategy**: Define Seeq's annual and multi-year strategy for engaging IT and enterprise technology buyers across priority industries and segments. Develop buyer, buying center, architecture, risk, and business priority insights that shape enterprise technology decisions. Turn customer insight, win/loss findings, competitive intelligence, market research, and sales feedback into strategic recommendations.
**Offer, Commercialization, and Narrative Strategy**: Own the IT and enterprise perspective in Seeq's offer strategy, connecting platform, products, models, services, integrations, partners, and delivery capabilities into coherent offers. Shape value propositions, packaging inputs, commercial plays, pricing and ROI narratives, and enterprise adoption strategies. Own the messaging framework for IT and enterprise buyers and translate complex technical capabilities into differentiated executive narratives and sales plays.
**Cross-Functional Leadership**: Lead cross-functional work that turns IT and enterprise strategy into go-to-market plans, campaigns, launches, executive programs, and account-based motions. Partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Services, Customer Success, Partners, and Operations. Represent IT and enterprise buyer priorities in planning, portfolio discussions, and executive leadership meetings.
**Customer, Market, and Capability Building**: Build trusted relationships with technology stakeholders at customers, prospects, partners, and industry organizations. Define measurement frameworks for enterprise go-to-market including executive engagement, pipeline influence, stage conversion, deal quality, adoption, and expansion. Build the business case, operating plan, and capability roadmap for future investment and team growth.
As the capability scales and business traction supports expansion, you will define the team model, hire and develop team members, own operating cadence and quality standards, and empower others to execute at scale.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of increasing scope in enterprise go-to-market, product marketing, commercial strategy, solution marketing, or related discipline
- Experience setting strategy across 12+ month horizons and translating it into measurable commercial outcomes
- Experience developing strategies and messaging for CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, technology executives, or complex buying committees
- Track record translating buyer insight into positioning, messaging frameworks, offers, campaigns, sales plays, and field execution
- Experience selling to or marketing for IT organizations, ideally within manufacturing or complex industrial enterprises
- Relevant experience in enterprise software, cloud, data, AI, analytics, enterprise applications, industrial technology, OT/IT ecosystems, or digital transformation
- Experience building or commercializing packaged solutions combining software, services, integrations, partners, or other components
- Experience influencing product roadmap, packaging, pricing, partner strategy, services design, or portfolio decisions through market evidence and customer insight
- Experience leading complex initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Success, Partners, and Operations without formal authority
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, strategic accounts, executive engagement, account-based motions, or field enablement in complex B2B environments
- Experience building marketing, product, offer, commercial, or enterprise go-to-market strategy beyond messaging
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate credibly with technology leaders, operational executives, sales teams, product teams, and internal leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make complex technical and commercial ideas clear, concise, and compelling
- Strategic judgment, strong prioritization, and comfort making recommendations with incomplete information
- Collaborative leadership style that creates alignment, clarity, accountability, and momentum across functions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience (advanced degree or relevant certification preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically for customer meetings, team events, industry events, and company programs
