Anrok is a tax automation platform helping businesses expand globally without compliance complexity. You will launch and scale Anrok's net new PE and VC channel, sourcing and building strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms, as well as technology partners with dedicated PE/VC arms. This is a ground-up build requiring strong hunting, sourcing, and pipeline management skills. Key responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and sign new partnerships with PE firms and technology partners aligned to growth strategy - Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies generating measurable referral and co-sell revenue; own quarterly partnership-sourced SQO targets - Deepen existing partner relationships with PE firm leadership and portfolio operations teams to unlock preferred vendor status and portfolio-wide rollouts - Enable partner teams to identify, position, and refer Anrok through co-marketing materials, referral playbooks, and PE-facing positioning - Represent Anrok at PE/VC industry events and conferences - Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales leadership to shape PE partnership strategy and optimize channel performance - Travel domestically approximately 1x per month for partner meetings and industry events Requirements: - 3+ years experience working in private equity or with PE-backed portfolio companies - Direct negotiation experience with venture capital or private equity counterparts (terms, exclusivity, program structure) - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and move disparate parties toward consensus - Experience working in partnerships within the SaaS industry - Quota-carrying experience with a track record of overperformance versus peers - Demonstrated success hunting for and activating new partnerships that produced material pipeline (sourced, not inherited) - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to scale strategic initiatives - Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments (Series B/C/D preferred) - Comfort navigating long-horizon relationship cycles alongside near-term pipeline urgency - Self-awareness about personal strengths and gaps, with judgment to prioritize competing demands - Senior, polished operator comfortable sitting in front of investment partners and deal teams
