Apptronik is a Series B human-centered robotics company developing AI-powered humanoid robots (Apollo) for manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and beyond. As Inventory Manager for Global Services & Support, you will report to the Senior Director of Service Operations and own the end-to-end lifecycle of the service supply chain.
You will design and maintain an efficient warehouse layout optimized for workflow, safety, and accessibility. Core responsibilities include demand forecasting and planning by partnering with service leaders and analyzing historical usage data to establish accurate reorder points and stock buffer levels. You will manage inbound logistics—receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments with full serialization and damage verification. Proactive stock monitoring will prevent service delays, backorders, and stockouts.
You will lead regular cycle counts and full physical audits to ensure digital inventory records perfectly reflect physical reality. High-value parts and specialized service kits require meticulous asset tracking and serialization. On the outbound side, you will accurately pick and pack parts for regional distribution, coordinate with dock operations and carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL), and support regional hubs with consistent replenishment to minimize downtime.

You will be a bridge between field realities and internal operations, collaborating across departments to maintain high availability targets.
