Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers globally with suppliers. The company uses data and machine learning to unlock a multi-hundred-billion-dollar fragmented wholesale market, enabling local businesses to discover and source products from around the world. You will join the International Strategy & Operations team as a core individual contributor driving data-backed decisions across Faire's international business. This is a high-impact role combining analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include: breaking down complex, ambiguous problems to uncover actionable insights; analyzing customer, product, and business data to identify growth opportunities and shape priorities (with focus on brand/supply opportunities); leading large cross-functional strategic initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams; developing hypotheses, executing in-depth analysis, and presenting recommendations to leadership; providing thought partnership to ensure data is used thoughtfully across the organization; and supporting prioritization, planning, and launch of new international markets. You will exercise independent discretion in analytical rigor, strategic intuition, and execution. The role requires translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and competing priorities. Requirements: bachelor's degree; 5+ years in strategy, analytics, finance, consulting, or business operations; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; business judgment across product, go-to-market, and operational topics; demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders; hands-on SQL experience strongly preferred; ability to execute and ship high-quality insights on time.
