Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual

The Proposals & Capture Team sits at the heart of Anduril's growth engine, responsible for championing the development and delivery of major proposals and partnering with stakeholders across business lines and functional teams—including growth/business development, legal, finance, engineering, program management, and executive leadership—to win new business.
As International Proposal & Capture Manager, you will be a writer first, spending the majority of your day constructing narratives and documents that drive Anduril's business. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to pursue long-term opportunities and execute capture, pricing, and outreach strategy through proposals, white papers, and other materials. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and writing responses to international government and customer requests for white papers, product/company information, quotes, and proposals
• Providing strategic recommendations informed by regional, cultural, and customer-specific context
• Ensuring global, regional, and country-specific considerations are incorporated into proposals with high coordination and transparency
• Supporting and implementing strategic pricing across all product lines, taking a leading role within your regional portfolio
• Creating and owning the proposal process with continuous improvement focus
• Developing and curating a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for business-wide use
• Coordinating with engineering teams to accurately represent the company's technology to potential customers
• Monitoring and flagging opportunities to key internal stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent writing ability with capacity to generate large documents on short timelines
• Excellent communication skills; ability to digest complex ideas into digestible concepts for all stakeholder levels
• Significant experience with international government solicitation processes
• Minimum 3 years directly supporting international proposals, including FMS & DCS proposals, international B2B deals, international consortium proposals, and foreign country domestic proposals
• Experience working cross-culturally with ability to communicate clearly with non-native English speakers, particularly in written form
• Ability to recognize technical or functional gaps and provide solutioning using internal or external resources and vendors
• Experience and aptitude in building processes where none exists
• Ability to context switch across projects, regions, and countries quickly
• Ability to prioritize multiple conflicting projects with unrelated stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects
• Ability to clearly articulate information, listen to business needs, and build relationships across the global organization
• Proven self-starter ability; rapid information gathering without clear guidelines
• Comfort working with diverse disciplines including design, engineering, program management, supply chain, global trade, and finance
• Experience and comfort with executive-level briefing
• U.S. Person status required (position requires access to export-controlled data)
