Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence for the future of legal work. The company's platform unifies data, documents, workflows, and teams into a single system powered by LOIS (Legal Operating Intelligence System), which reads, understands, and reasons across legal data to automate complexity and surface insights.
As Integration Partners Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of building and scaling Filevine's API partner ecosystem. This is a strategic business development role focused on identifying, vetting, negotiating, and onboarding technology partners whose capabilities complement Filevine's platform roadmap and customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Vetting & Targeting:** Identify and evaluate prospective SaaS platforms and technology providers. Develop and maintain an Ideal Partner Profile to systematically screen incoming integration requests and proactive outreach targets. Assess partners' business viability, market alignment, security posture, and customer base potential before technical onboarding.
**Outreach & Onboarding Execution:** Engage partner executives, product leaders, and technical leads to pitch integration value. Lead partner agreement negotiations, including API usage terms, revenue-sharing, and co-marketing commitments. Own the complete onboarding pipeline from first touch through API key provisioning and launch readiness.
**Integration Enablement & Launch:** Partner closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure smooth technical scoping, API documentation sharing, and developer support. Facilitate sandbox testing and QA checks prior to live platform release. Execute go-to-market and partner launch plans to drive early adoption.
**Ecosystem Growth & Impact:** Track and report on pipeline metrics, partner onboarding velocity, and post-launch adoption. Gather feedback from integrating partners to suggest improvements to Filevine's public API and developer experience. Collaborate with partners to identify and encourage referral opportunities.
You will work in a dynamic, rapidly growing company recognized by Deloitte and Inc. as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing technology companies in the country. Filevine maintains offices in Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York; candidates in or near these metros work hybrid or in-office, while those outside these regions are eligible for remote work.
