Anduril Industries is seeking an Integrated Product Support Analyst to develop and maintain the provisioning and sustainment data foundation for defense programs throughout their entire product lifecycle. Reporting to the Logistics Program Manager, you will own the authoritative provisioning dataset—including CAGE codes, part numbers, BOMs, MTBF and failure-rate data, unit prices, and provisioning parts lists—and design the operating model that keeps it current as the aircraft matures. Key responsibilities include: **Own the provisioning and logistics data baseline.** Working with cross-functional partners, establish and maintain the authoritative dataset as the trusted source the program builds its deliverables against. Bring different inputs together into one coherent picture the sustainment team can rely on. **Build and run the operating model.** Design and operate the process that keeps the dataset current, reconciled, and version-controlled as design and test results evolve. This is an opportunity to define how something works from the ground up rather than inherit an existing process. **Partner across the program.** Work alongside supply chain, reliability and sustaining engineering, procurement, and design to gather the data the sustainment mission depends on. Build relationships and establish rhythms that make collaboration effective and repeatable. **Co-author deliverables.** Develop provisioning-based CDRLs and supporting analysis—sparing recommendations, support equipment data, parts lists—preparing drafts and well-reasoned rationale for the Logistics Program Manager to present to the customer. **Support the Integrated Product Support team.** Your data domain underpins the entire sustainment effort, including spares list review, support equipment sourcing, and clean source data that feeds logistics engineering and technical writing teams producing formal LPD products (LORA, MTA) and Technical Orders. **Set the tooling standard.** Lead with AI-enabled tools to build data solutions quickly using modern software, while working fluently through government-mandated logistics tools (e.g., Power Log-J) where required. The role offers real ownership—the decisions you make about data structure and maintenance will shape how the program is sustained for years. While the Logistics Program Manager retains deliverable accountability and the customer relationship, you own the data domain beneath it. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related technical field (equivalent military logistics experience may substitute) - 3+ years of integrated product support, provisioning, or sustainment experience in a defense or military environment - Working knowledge of DoD Integrated Product Support with hands-on depth in provisioning and cataloging: CAGE codes, NSN and part number structures, provisioning parts lists, and how reliability data (MTBF, failure rates) drives sparing - Experience developing or directly supporting government logistics deliverables against DIDs and CDRLs - Collaborative, self-starting approach to cross-functional work; comfortable partnering across engineering, supply chain, and procurement - Strong Excel fluency plus resourcefulness with AI-enabled tools to build solutions independently - Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving program and energized by early-stage, formative work - Able to travel up to 5–10% domestically - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance - Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** - Hands-on experience with Logistics Product Data (GEIA-STD-0007) and government logistics tools (Power Log-J, SlicWave, Tempo, COMPASS, Relyence, or equivalent) - Experience owning or maintaining a provisioning baseline through a prototype-to-production transition - Ability to read engineering drawings, parts lists, and BOMs and extract logistics data directly from design - Working familiarity with how LORA, FMECA, and maintenance task analysis outputs drive provisioning and support equipment decisions - Experience with IUID/MIL-STD-130 item identification
