Arista Networks is seeking an Integrated Planner to support fulfillment readiness for a fast-growing segment. You will work with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales Operations to build an innovative and modern supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with Product Management and other Planning teams on future demand forecasts and critical deals
- Translate demand into production plans for contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) partners
- Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, CM and ODM Site Operations) to achieve consensus on operational directions
- Create and maintain relevant site KPIs and metrics to meet Campus SLA targets
- Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Requirements:
- 5+ years of manufacturing planning experience in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or a relevant field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with comfort in cross-cultural, multiple time zone collaborations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus
- Candidates located around Hanoi/Bắc Giang area preferred
- Must have legal right to work in Vietnam
