You will join as an Institutional Business Development Manager or Director (level based on experience, relationships, product knowledge, and commercial track record) responsible for originating, developing, and managing strategic commercial relationships across Wintermute's institutional business lines. Key responsibilities include driving growth across OTC, derivatives, and liquidity solutions while working closely with trading, product, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong understanding of traditional financial markets and proven experience engaging sophisticated institutional counterparties in trading, liquidity, and market infrastructure. You will leverage existing relationships and market knowledge to accelerate Wintermute's institutional expansion across global financial markets.
