Digible is a digital marketing company founded in 2017 that serves the multifamily industry with a full suite of digital services and Fiona, a proprietary predictive analytics platform. The company is recognized as a Top Workplace in Colorado and ranks #8 in Best Places to Work Multifamily.
The Insights & Analytics Strategist role sits within Digible's Data team, which owns the governed semantic layer, Silver and Gold data models, and trusted metric definitions. This position bridges data infrastructure and business outcomes by operationalizing underused data sources and translating them into actionable insights for the agency's 1,000+ multifamily clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operationalizing customer analytics data, particularly call and meeting intelligence, into structured signals the agency can act on
- Delivering client and account insights beyond financial performance: segmentation, health signals, and account narratives for QBR preparation
- Working embedded within agency workflows to understand open questions and convert ad hoc requests into recurring, trustworthy analysis
- Turning insights into action by defining recommended actions, tracking implementation, and measuring outcomes
- Building analytics products that give account teams and clients a shared view of account health
- Serving as a bridge to the governed semantic layer by leveraging and extending Analytics Engineering's trusted metric definitions
The role reports to the Director of Data and partners closely with the Director of Agency Solutions within a 20-person technology department. Success is measured by decisions and outcomes influenced on client accounts, not just reports delivered.
Ideal candidates embrace curiosity and authenticity, move fluidly between analysis and storytelling, are comfortable with ambiguity, and prioritize customer outcomes. Experience with AI tools, manual-to-pipeline transformation, and embedded analytics is valued.
