Join NFON's Information Security team as an Information Security Manager, where you'll lead the development and continuous improvement of the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and security governance framework. You'll define and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business, regulatory, and customer requirements, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and BSI C5.
Your responsibilities include conducting security risk assessments and driving mitigation initiatives across products, services, and internal operations. You'll partner closely with Privacy, R&D, IT Security, Legal, and other stakeholders to embed security into business processes and product development from the ground up. You'll coordinate internal and external security audits, certifications, and compliance activities, while monitoring the evolving threat landscape to recommend pragmatic improvements to NFON's security posture.
A key aspect of this role is promoting security awareness across the organization through training, guidance, and collaborative engagement. You'll support security incident response activities and drive continuous improvement based on lessons learned, helping to build a strong security culture throughout the company.
You bring solid experience in information security, cybersecurity, or information security management, with a deep understanding of security frameworks and standards. Experience developing and implementing security policies, governance, and risk management processes is essential. Knowledge of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) and GDPR is advantageous. You're an effective collaborator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across an international organization, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and are fluent in both German and English.
