OpenAI's LATAM Marketing team is seeking an experienced Influencer Program Lead to own influencer marketing strategy and execution across Brazil and Spanish-speaking Latin America. This is a hands-on, strategic role based in São Paulo with a hybrid work model.
You will develop and execute the influencer strategy and program calendar for the region, using consumer insights to define objectives, creator roles, and a sustainable mix of always-on education and campaign activity. You'll select, brief, and manage creators and agencies based on audience fit, credibility, content quality, and cultural relevance, building relationships that support consistent and useful storytelling around ChatGPT and AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities include translating product features and AI capabilities into clear creator briefs and demonstrations; turning product launches and cultural moments into creator-led campaigns; coordinating content distribution across owned social, Growth, and integrated marketing teams; supporting professional-use creator education aligned with B2B marketing; and leading creator operations including scopes, budgets, timelines, content review, and delivery tracking.
You will also own partnership marketing plans, connecting partner audience insights with product use cases, shaping co-marketing narratives, and coordinating creative assets and channel activation. You'll partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, Production, Comms, and Legal teams to align objectives, messaging, and delivery.
Success is measured through brand and behavioral metrics, with experimentation where feasible. You'll use results to continuously improve creator selection, content strategy, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading marketing programs from strategy through hands-on execution, with knowledge of creator ecosystems in LATAM
- Deep local market knowledge and insight-first approach with sound judgment on creator fit, content quality, and cultural relevance
- Strong product storytelling skills and genuine product curiosity; ability to explore AI tools and translate complex capabilities into useful, credible consumer stories
- Experience managing the marketing side of partnerships, including audience-specific messaging, co-marketing plans, creative development, and cross-functional delivery
- Clear record of personal ownership: ability to shape strategy, produce high-quality briefs, manage creators, agencies, budgets, and delivery with incomplete inputs and limited resources
- Fluency in Portuguese and English with ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across local, regional, and global teams
