You will serve as Operations & Growth leader and right hand to the Lead of Influencer Marketing, responsible for evolving how Fever's ambassador, influencer, and content creator programs operate and scale. This is fundamentally a product and operations role focused on building the infrastructure behind an industry-leading creator marketing function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner directly with the Lead of Influencer Marketing to define and drive strategy and operational roadmap for the Ambassadors, Influencers, and Content Creators product
- Own and continuously redesign end-to-end workflows (scouting, onboarding, briefing, contracting, payment, reporting) to increase speed and reduce manual work
- Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and tooling opportunities (e.g., inbound funnel platforms) to scale team capacity without proportional headcount growth
- Propose and lead new product/service offerings from concept to rollout, working cross-functionally with Data, Workflows and Automation, and Legal teams
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards providing real-time visibility into program performance and ROI
- Manage relationships with external tools and vendors supporting the influencer program
- Act as second-in-command, supporting prioritization and process decisions in the Lead's absence

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in operations, business operations, program/process management, or growth roles (ideally with exposure to marketing, creator economy, or marketplace businesses)
- Proven track record designing and scaling workflows and automating manual processes
- English native or bilingual proficiency
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable building cases for new tools/processes and owning rollouts
- Excellent project management skills with ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel
- Builder's mindset: proactively identify and fix problems
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience evaluating or implementing marketing/creator tech platforms
- Background in high-growth startup or scale-up environment
- Experience running affiliates or ambassador programs
- Spanish or additional language skills
