As an Indirect Sourcing Specialist and Category Owner, you will be the commercial partner for ICEYE's HR and Marketing teams, managing the full sourcing and procurement lifecycle. You'll join a growing Indirect Sourcing function within a global scale-up of over 1,000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full category ownership and vendor management in HR, marketing, and professional services categories, with potential to expand to other categories
- Managing the complete purchase-to-pay process: purchase requests, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment
- Running sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and negotiating commercial terms with vendors
- Managing vendor relationships, performance monitoring, and onboarding
- Strategic category management and planning
- Contributing to the development of Indirect Sourcing processes and ways of working
You'll work in a hybrid model in Espoo, reporting to the Indirect Sourcing Lead. The role is permanent and subject to applicable security screening.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must haves:
- Relevant educational background such as a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years in indirect sourcing or procurement (e.g., as a category manager or sourcing specialist)
- Proven experience running sourcing events and negotiating contracts independently, especially for services
- Strong analytical skills including spend analysis, offer comparison, and total cost of ownership assessment
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to haves:
- Understanding of commercial contract terms (liability, intellectual property, data protection)
- Experience sourcing SaaS and software
- ERP experience in purchase-to-pay and source-to-pay processes
- Experience improving procurement processes in a growing company
