The Compliance Manager will be a key member of the operations and business development teams, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining business integrity across all operations. Key responsibilities include: **Regulatory & Risk Oversight:** Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory changes and assess impact on the organization. Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct KYC document reviews, identify deficiencies, and analyze transactional data for suspicious activity. **Policy & Program Governance:** Create and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs. Conduct compliance testing and audits. Educate employees on compliance policies. **Monitoring, Reporting & Support:** Conduct regular compliance audits and monitoring activities. Maintain accurate compliance records. Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies. Investigate and resolve compliance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance-related projects. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience with strong AML/KYC focus, a bachelor's degree in finance, law, accounting, or related field, and deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks. Crypto/web3 compliance experience is required. Standout candidates will have in-depth knowledge of crypto regulatory requirements across US, UK, Europe, UAE, and Latin America; experience with crypto-specific AML/KYC procedures and blockchain analytics tools; experience drafting Suspicious Transaction Reports; and broader fintech/cross-border payments/neobanking industry experience.
