Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual

The Incubation Management Lead will own customer experience (CX) readiness for all new product launches, market types, and geographic expansions. This is a builder role focused on closing the gap between Polymarket's fast shipping pace and CX readiness. Key responsibilities include: - Building and owning the CX readiness plan for every new product, market type, and geography launch from kickoff through stable handoff - Embedding with Product teams at the planning stage to surface support needs, flag risks, and ensure CX requirements are scoped before engineering completion - Standing up and directly managing pilot support pods for new launches, including staffing, tooling, and day-to-day operations during incubation - Working with the Enablement team to produce training materials, SOPs, and QA criteria before launch - Tracking contact rates, issue trends, and customer satisfaction data for newly launched products and reporting findings to Product with clear recommendations - Defining stability criteria for each launch and executing handoff to scaled operations or external partners - Building the readiness framework for international expansion, accounting for language, regulatory context, and partner capability This role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, building processes where none existed, and making good decisions with incomplete information. You will be the connective tissue between support operations, enablement, external partners, and Product teams. Requirements: - 4+ years in support operations, program management, or product operations with direct ownership of launch readiness or go-to-live planning - Demonstrated experience launching new products, market types, or geographies from the support side, including building SOPs and training from scratch - Track record of strong cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering teams, with actual influence on how products are built and scoped - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes where none existed - Strong written communication: ability to write clear readiness plans, crisp status updates, and useful post-launch reports without extensive editing - Organized and reliable follow-through; teams and partners depend on you to track details and close loops - Preferred: Experience at a startup or high-growth company where the roadmap changed fast and you adapted plans accordingly - Preferred: Experience managing international or multi-geography launches, including working with external support partners across different time zones and languages
