Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud infrastructure company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The company has built a cloud object storage solution comparable to AWS S3, purpose-built and optimized for AI and compute workloads. The company is now expanding beyond storage to build a high-performance compute platform, offering an end-to-end solution from GPU infrastructure to full GPU platform software stack. The company is redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralized infrastructure, mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and AI applications.
As In-House Legal Counsel, you will report directly to management and serve as the primary legal advisor for all matters concerning Impossible Cloud GmbH. The role is broad in scope and includes M&A transactions, venture capital matters, commercial law, employment law, and general contract law. You will be responsible for managing legal risks, negotiating and drafting contracts, advising on corporate governance, and supporting the company's rapid growth phase. This is a full-time position based in Hamburg.
The ideal candidate has experience in corporate law, ideally with exposure to venture-backed technology companies, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU is required.
