H Company is a next-generation AI research and product company pioneering autonomous, agentic AI systems. The Implementation Strategist serves as the strategic link between customers and the engineering team, responsible for understanding customer pain points and identifying the right AI agents to help automate and optimize tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify the most impactful multi-step tasks for automation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to seamlessly integrate H's solutions into customer environments
- Coordinate training sessions to ensure optimal solution usage and adoption
- Build and deliver product demos and present results to strategic stakeholders
- Shape the future product vision by translating field learnings into platform improvements
The role bridges customer needs with product development, requiring both technical depth and business acumen. You'll work with H's autonomous agent platform that enables professionals and businesses to safely deploy agents at scale for task automation, from website monitoring to process optimization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience selling and implementing complex IT solutions to enterprise customers
- Double curriculum in Business and Engineering (or equivalent combination of technical and business education)
- Technical experience with AI/ML systems
- Fluency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Node.js, Java) in addition to English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bias for action: ability to ship quickly, iterate fast, and own full solution lifecycle
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site deployments and customer engagements
