Confido is an AI operating system for CPG (consumer packaged goods) brands, handling cash application, deductions, trade, and planning in a unified platform. The company serves 250+ brands managing $20B+ in revenue and recently raised a $55M Series B. As Implementation Manager for Demand & Supply Planning, you will own end-to-end customer implementations of Confido's planning modules. This is a highly hands-on, executional role where you translate how customer planning teams operate into working configurations on the platform. Key responsibilities: - Lead customer implementations from kickoff through data mapping, configuration, validation, and go-live - Partner with customer demand planning teams to understand their forecasting processes and configure Confido to support baseline forecasts, promotions, and customer-level planning - Work with supply planning teams to understand inventory and production planning, configuring the platform to match their business operations - Gather, validate, and resolve customer data gaps - Manage implementation timelines, action items, and milestones, keeping customers and internal teams accountable - Train customer users to build confident, repeatable planning workflows - Feed implementation learnings back to product and engineering to improve the platform and accelerate future onboarding You will report to the Head of Business Operations and work from the NYC headquarters 5 days per week. REQUIREMENTS: - Approximately 5 years of hands-on planning experience at CPG brands, with meaningful time in both demand planning and supply planning - Experience in make-to-stock environments with direct responsibility for forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, production planning, or S&OP - Strong understanding of how sales, TPM, demand, and supply plans connect, and how planning decisions flow through to inventory, service levels, and operations - Extremely executional: organized, detail-oriented, known for getting things done and following through - Highly comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and planning systems - Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and direct customer interaction - Prior software implementation experience is a plus but not required - Experience using planning software - Willingness to work at NYC headquarters 5 days per week
