Salary: EUR 31,500 - 52,500 / annual
Hudl is seeking an Implementation Consultant to enhance training efforts across its product suite, with a focus on professional customers in Italy and the broader Mediterranean, Balkans, and Middle East regions. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Hudl's Analysis products, particularly Sportscode, helping elite customers maximize the value of their subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strong communicator, driving alignment between Sales and customers on short and long-term goals
- Educate customers by understanding their workflows and ensuring successful product implementation
- Serve as the voice of customers, gathering product feedback and sharing insights directly with internal teams
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education teams to execute customer training and onboarding strategies
- Work primarily in-office at the Chiavari location, with flexibility to coordinate remote work with your team
About the Role:
This is a customer-facing position focused on training and enablement. You'll work with professional sports teams and organizations, helping them leverage video analysis and data tools to improve performance. The role requires regular in-office collaboration, though you'll have some flexibility in scheduling remote work days.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with Hudl Sportscode or similar video analysis platforms
- Natural teaching ability with capacity to break down complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven customer-facing experience, including training and education delivery
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on improving customer experience
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team player who thrives in dynamic environments and advocates for customer needs
- Fluent in English and Italian (required)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Data or Sports Science background with analytics skills (JavaScript, Python/R, Tableau, GPS analysis)
- Experience influencing or supporting product development in SaaS for sports
- Fluency in additional languages
