Salary: EUR 31,500 - 52,500 / annual
Hudl is seeking an Implementation Consultant to enhance training efforts across its product suite, with a focus on professional customers in Italy and the broader Mediterranean, Balkans, and Middle East regions. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Hudl's Analysis products, particularly Sportscode, helping elite customers maximize the value of their subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strong communicator, pushing for alignment between Sales and customers on both short and long-term goals
- Educate customers by understanding their workflows and ensuring they are set up for success with Hudl products
- Serve as the voice of customers, understanding their needs, providing product feedback to internal teams, and working closely to exceed expectations
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education teams to surface customer insights and execute on customer training and onboarding strategy
- Work primarily in-office at the Barcelona office with flexibility to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team

Requirements:
- Experienced with Hudl Sportscode; ability to train customers and help them maximize their subscriptions; motivated to learn the broader product suite
- Natural teacher with genuine ability to break down complex concepts for any audience; skilled at reading the room and adapting communication style
- Proven customer-facing experience, including training and education
- Goal-oriented with motivation to improve customer experience
- Driven work ethic and strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team player who thrives in dynamic environments, remains flexible, and actively partners with product teams
- Fluent in English and Italian (required)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Data or Sports Science experience with analytics skills (JavaScript, Python/R, Tableau, GPS analysis)
- Experience influencing or supporting product development in SaaS for sports
- Fluency in additional languages
