Creative Fabrica is a fast-growing AI platform enabling everyday consumers to create images, videos, audio, and 3D content using generative AI. idea.ai is the company's subscription platform serving millions of creators with 26+ specialized AI tools that automate technical work—generating custom images, removing backgrounds, creating videos, and producing marketing assets in minutes. The company has built a successful consumer product with hundreds of thousands of paying subscribers and is now expanding into B2B through Teams and API solutions. Brands and technology partners can integrate idea.ai's AI capabilities directly into their own products and customer experiences. Early market demand is meaningful, and the next step is to build a focused, repeatable B2B sales motion. This is the first dedicated commercial hire for the B2B expansion. You will own the complete commercial process for the API and Teams platform products: identifying and qualifying opportunities, conducting technical evaluations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. You will work directly with the COO and product team to determine target customers, refine positioning, and convert early market interest into recurring revenue. You will personally sell while establishing the foundations for a larger future sales organization. There is no finished playbook, large SDR team, or perfectly organized CRM—you will build these from scratch. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive a 90-day impact mandate: refine ICP and tech stack by day 30, build qualified pipeline and advance deals by day 60, close initial deals and document repeatable sales motion by day 90 - Own full-cycle pipeline generation: identify target accounts, source contact data, and build a data-driven outbound engine - Run deep discovery calls to uncover operational pain points around design bottlenecks, API integrations, and asset creation - Guide prospects through product demos, technical evaluations, pricing negotiations, and contract closure - Act as voice of the market, synthesizing deal stalls and reporting insights to founders and product leads - Build the playbook: document winning email templates, call scripts, and objection-handling techniques **Requirements:** - 3–5 years of high-performance experience in rigorous, analytical roles (intellectual horsepower and system-building valued over traditional SaaS resume) - Zero-to-one mindset: thrive in ambiguity without polished decks or extensive enablement guides - Scrappy execution: comfortable with cold calling, lead scraping, inbox management, and strategic negotiation - Technical fluency and intellectual curiosity: effectively pitch complex API/AI products to developers and business leaders - Exceptional communication: articulate complex value propositions and translate between market and internal teams - Hunter mentality: drive to close revenue and prove business case - Fluent English (US role) **Nice to Have:** - Early-stage startup experience (Seed or Series A launching new products/markets) - Established networks within filmmaking, marketing agencies, or organizations producing digital/creative assets at scale - API domain expertise: technical fluency discussing endpoints, latency, and integration roadmaps with VPs of Engineering - Teams domain expertise: understanding of creative workflows, software stacks, and bottlenecks in advertising agencies and D2C marketing teams - Sales ops knowledge: experience configuring outbound tools or building custom solutions
