Rippling is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to join its Sydney office on a full-time permanent basis. The role bridges business and technology, working directly with clients to identify needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify and document business and system requirements, analyzing existing processes and recommending technology improvements, developing business cases and functional specifications, liaising between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams, and supporting testing, implementation, and change management activities.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements. You will work across Rippling's HR, IT, and Finance platform ecosystem, helping clients optimize their workforce systems and processes.
