Flexport is seeking an onsite Human Resources Manager for its rapidly expanding Lewisville Fulfillment Center in Texas. This is a hands-on HR leadership role where you will serve as the primary people partner for the fulfillment center, working directly with FC leadership to manage all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to fulfillment center leadership on all people-related matters
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict mediation, and consistent policy application
- Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR strategies

Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment (fulfillment center, manufacturing, warehouse)
- Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces
- Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership to achieve business and people objectives
- Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Compliance-first mindset to support operations in a heavily regulated industry
