Salary: EUR 75,000 - 100,000 / annual

Vibe.co is a streaming TV advertising platform that has reached $100M ARR in under two years. The company provides hyper-targeted audience segmentation, AI-powered insights, real-time campaign optimization, and incrementality measurement for brands across 500+ apps and channels, reaching 120+ million households. As Human Resources Business Partner, you will own the people agenda for Vibe's France, Europe, and Asia teams—the regions housing the majority of the company's engineering and product talent. You will serve as the primary HR partner to the CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering, leading employee relations and ensuring French labor law compliance across France. You will report to the HRBP Director in New York and partner closely with the Chief People Officer based in Paris. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with leaders across France, Europe, and Asia on the full talent lifecycle, from onboarding to retention - Serve as the primary HR partner to the CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering on their technical teams - Lead employee relations across France, from everyday cases to complex situations - Own compliance with French labor law across all people practices - Coach managers across the region to raise the bar on people management - Advise on organizational design as the technical organization scales - Build career frameworks that give technical teams clear growth paths - Adapt company-wide People programs to local context: Total Rewards, performance, mobility Vibe operates on three core values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–5 years as an HRBP or HR generalist, including time in both a scale-up and a larger group - Working knowledge of French labor law and employee relations - Experience supporting engineering and product teams - Fluency in English (working language) and French - Familiarity with People programs such as Total Rewards, performance cycles, or internal mobility NICE TO HAVES: - Experience partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones - Track record of connecting people decisions to business outcomes
