Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems and applications across the Asia region. This role is central to supporting Binance's 300+ million users and 100+ countries of operation.
You will manage the full lifecycle of HR technology, with primary focus on Workday HCM. Key responsibilities include:
• System Administration & Support: Configure, maintain, and upgrade Workday and related HR applications; provide day-to-day troubleshooting and user support for HRIS stakeholders.
• Integration Management: Design and maintain Workday integrations with ATS (Greenhouse), Finance, Procurement, payroll, employee portals, and other enterprise systems.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build and optimize Workday custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts aligned with business requirements.
• Security & Compliance: Manage HRIS security roles, user access, permissions, and governance; ensure data quality, audit readiness, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Vendor & Project Leadership: Act as primary contact with HRIS vendors; evaluate new tools; lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and process redesign projects.
• Process Improvement: Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and drive automation and efficiency.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain HRIS process documentation, configuration records, user guides, and training materials.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred).
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations systems, or related function.
• Hands-on, required experience with Workday, including HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Reporting, Security, and/or Integrations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Workday integrations with third-party applications (ATS, Finance, Procurement, payroll, employee experience, enterprise systems).
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical HR system configurations, reports, workflows, and process improvements.
• Strong project management and execution skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in HR data handling.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, deadline-driven; comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure international environments.
