d-Matrix is building next-generation AI inference technology and seeking an HR Technology & Analytics Manager to lead the People function's technology and data strategy. This hands-on role owns the HR technology ecosystem across HRIS, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, payroll, and compensation systems. You will serve as the primary owner of HR technology strategy, people data governance, and process optimization, partnering with the CHRO, People Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT. Key responsibilities include owning and optimizing the HR technology stack (HRIS, ATS, performance/talent management, benefits, retirement, payroll integrations); assessing the current environment and building a forward-looking roadmap; leading vendor evaluation and implementation of new systems; mapping and redesigning end-to-end People processes (recruiting-to-hire, onboarding, promotions, compensation, transfers, leaves, offboarding) to improve accuracy and speed; identifying manual or error-prone processes and implementing automation and AI applications; establishing data governance, controls, and audit practices; translating data into insights and dashboards for headcount and organizational health decisions; owning data standards and being hands-on in systems during cleanup and implementation; partnering with People Operations and payroll providers to ensure accurate data flow for U.S. and international payroll and benefits; and leading HR technology integration workstreams for M&A activities. You bring 8+ years of progressive HR technology, HRIS, People Operations, or People Analytics experience with significant hands-on ownership of HR technology and employee data. You have demonstrated experience owning multiple HR technology platforms and their integrations, deep HRIS administration expertise, strong People Analytics capability, advanced Excel skills, and data fluency. You excel at designing and improving HR workflows, identifying and resolving complex data and systems issues, and cross-functional partnership. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Preferred qualifications include ADP Workforce Now experience, People-related M&A support, understanding of U.S. and international payroll/benefits/retirement data flows, high-growth technology environment experience, and demonstrated ability to apply AI to HR processes.
