Salary: USD 33.65 - 40.87 / hourly

Platform Science is an IoT platform company founded in 2015 that connects fleets, application developers, vehicle manufacturers, and equipment providers in the transportation industry. We are seeking a data-driven, empathetic, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Experience (PX) team. In this role, you will serve as an operational anchor for daily HR processes and own critical employee lifecycle functions. You will be responsible for HRIS administration using ADP Workforce Now, managing onboarding and offboarding workflows through the Enboarder platform, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Your responsibilities include: HR Systems & Operations: Manage day-to-day configuration, data integrity, and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now and connected HR technology systems. Identify manual workflows, map operational bottlenecks, and design scalable, automated solutions. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR programs. Assist with location-specific documentation and collaborate on employee engagement programs and community initiatives. Employee Lifecycle Management: Fully own and optimize the Enboarder platform for automated onboarding and offboarding workflows, including contractors. Host HR onboarding orientation meetings for new hires and process Form I-9 verifications. Facilitate new hire check-in meetings and exit interviews. Manage administrative processing of employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and FTE conversions. Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee personnel files. Ensure new hire onboarding paperwork is current and compliant with state disclosures. Assist with state reporting requirements for hires, terminations, unemployment claims, and Department of Defense requests. Data & Reporting: Partner with the Data Analyst to pull HRIS reports and share data insights supporting PX team decision-making. Prepare and distribute routine operational HR reports. Keep PX systems and employee-facing materials up to date, including new hire orientation content and the employee intranet. Assist with internal and external department audits. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field - 2-3 years of general HR experience - Experience with ADP Workforce Now administration - Excel proficiency and Google Suite proficiency - Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with extreme confidentiality and high degree of empathy - Ability to handle high work volume and execute on competing priorities
