Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Manager to join the Talent Strategy team as a senior-level individual contributor. This role operates globally and champions evidence-based decision-making across the organization without direct people management responsibilities.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness, you will identify, design, and implement analytical solutions that fuel scalable growth and streamline HR processes. Your core responsibilities include transforming complex workforce data into clear, actionable intelligence that empowers the organization to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent.
Key focus areas:
- Translate complex data into compelling, executive-ready narratives and visual presentations that drive business interventions
- Serve as the primary owner of Coupa's people listening strategy, converting global survey feedback into organizational health roadmaps
- Design and implement workforce planning, listening strategies, and organizational effectiveness measurement frameworks
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Diversity & Inclusion teams, and business leaders to deliver strategic insights
- Act as a strategic architect and thought partner, moving beyond reactive reporting to provide predictive insights that anticipate business challenges
- Coach teams and foster a data-driven culture through cross-functional collaboration
You will leverage advanced analytical methods and deep domain expertise to influence organizational strategy. This is a visible, dynamic role that positions you as a catalyst for data-driven decision-making across Coupa's global workforce.
