FlixBus is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across the Europe East business region, based in Warsaw on a hybrid model.
In this role, you will:
- Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and career development
- Execute and oversee core HR processes such as onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and merit cycles
- Support the business in achieving goals through workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and strengthening company culture
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, staying current on employment legislation and HR best practices to minimize risk
- Drive a positive employee experience and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees
- Champion HR process improvements and digitization using tools like Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing
- Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend continuous improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5+ years of work experience as HRBP
- Experience in advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle, with the ability to influence leaders at various levels
- Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors); able to analyze metrics and turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, paired with structured thinking to tackle complex challenges using clear problem-solving strategies
- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law
- Fluent in Polish & English; additional Eastern European languages are a plus
