Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, and offers remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management programs.
The Housecalls Community Liaison role is based in Waco, TX and focuses on community engagement, relationship building, and brand awareness for Ennoble Care's services in the region. This is a full-time position with significant field and outreach responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing the service area to identify and prioritize target markets
- Visiting physicians' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals
- Conducting internal organizational analysis to identify company strengths and weaknesses
- Analyzing past and current marketing data and the company's service offerings
- Evaluating patient and company relationships
- Developing sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections
- Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans with defined priorities and timelines
- Reviewing and evaluating marketing analyses and plans on a regular basis
- Attending Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings as appropriate
- Providing community outreach and education
- Supporting office staff with training updates and administrative needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with an insured, well-maintained vehicle (required for field visits)
