Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company delivers in-home care for patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility, offering remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.
The Community Liaison role is based in Pensacola, FL and focuses on business development and community engagement. You will analyze the company's service area to identify target markets and develop marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include visiting doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals. You will analyze the company's organizational strengths and weaknesses, review past and current marketing data, and evaluate the company's service offerings.
You will develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections, create a comprehensive marketing plan with clear priorities and timelines, and implement the plan while staying on schedule. You will review and evaluate marketing analyses and plans on an ongoing basis, attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate, and provide community outreach and education. You will also assist office staff with training updates and other administrative needs as required.
This is a full-time position with a base salary of $50,000–$95,000 plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insured, well-maintained automobile
