Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinicians to patients' homes to provide continuity of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, offering remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.
The Community Liaison role is based in Jackson, MS and focuses on market development and referral generation. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze the service area's market potential and identify target markets
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals
- Conduct internal organizational analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Analyze past and current marketing data and the company's service offerings
- Evaluate patient and company relationships
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections
- Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan with clear priorities and timelines
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on an ongoing basis
- Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as needed
- Provide community outreach and education
- Support office staff with training and updates
This is a full-time position requiring significant field work and relationship-building with healthcare providers and facilities in the Jackson area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with insured, well-maintained automobile (required for field visits)
