Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (NY, NJ, MD, DC, VA, OK, KS, PA, TX, FL, GA). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, with programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.
The Community Liaison role is based in Austin, TX (North or South market) and focuses on business development and community engagement. Key responsibilities include:
• Analyze service area potential to identify and prioritize target markets
• Visit referral sources (physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities) to present company credentials and secure patient referrals
• Conduct internal organizational analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Analyze historical and current marketing data to inform strategy
• Evaluate the company's service offerings and competitive positioning
• Assess patient and company relationships
• Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections
• Create comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
• Execute marketing initiatives on schedule
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on an ongoing basis
• Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as needed
• Support office staff with training updates and administrative tasks
• Provide community outreach and health education
This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $50,000–$95,000 plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. **Requirements:**
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license with insured, reliable vehicle
